Sky View Tents utilize a stargazing polyester bug mesh that is incredibly clear, durable, and high-quality. The mesh is completely invisible at night without lights on inside of the tent. So camping in our tent feels like you're just laying in an open meadow, looking at the night sky. Cowboy camping. Sky View Tents accepts returns on tents and camping equipment that are unused and undamaged in accordance with the return policy of the original place of purchase.
For products purchased directly from Sky View Tents, we offer a full refund if returned within 180 days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for returning items to our location in Buena Vista, Colorado.
For products purchased through an authorized retail partner, returns of undamaged items must be made through that retailer and are subject to their specific return policy and timeframe, which may differ from Sky View Tents’ 180-day return window.
We do not offer refunds for products that have been damaged due to owner modifications, accidents, or improper use. However, we will do our best to repair such items for a fee, which includes the cost of labor and materials.

All Sky View Tents products come with a 180-day warranty against manufacturing or material defects. Items must be purchased through an authorized Sky View Tents retailer or directly from Sky View Tents. It is the customers responsibility to return purchased items for warranty review.
