Shipping policy
We utilize UPS for domestic and international deliveries of tents and pads, and merchandise shipping through USPS.
Prices are calculated automatically with discounted UPS and USPS rates from their partnership with Shopify. Prices are determined by the weight and dimensions of your order, and your location proximity to our location in Buena Vista, Colorado.
All pre-ordered tents and pads will be dispatched in the sequence that orders are received, no later than February 28th, 2025, as we are just beginning our production. Other merchandise will be shipped within 2 weekdays of your purchase.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
What should you do if there’s a delivery issue?
After a package leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for delivery falls on the shipping carrier. If the tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, reach out to us at info@skyviewtents.com, and we will assist as best we can. However, we are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
